The $240,000 fee is truly all-inclusive, covering the four pillars of third-party reproduction:
- Premium Donor Eggs: Full access to our rigorously screened donor database, including legal agreement, all screening, medications, retrieval costs.
- Embryo Creation: Includes all IVF lab procedures from fertilization through embryo development and freezing.
- Gestational Carrier: Agency fees, carrier screening, matching services, base compensation and health insurance
- Full Legal Coverage: Relevant legal contracts, parental rights establishment, escrow management, and attorney consultations.
- The Labryo Live Birth Guarantee: Unlimited clinical attempts (IVF, ICSI, PGT, and transfers) until you bring your baby home.

RSP Terms: Regular pricing is based on standard 2026 program fees. The Live Birth Guarantee and Risk Share Plan (RSP) are performance-based comprehensive package subject to strict clinical eligibility, GC/donor matching availability, and the execution of specific program terms. The "Live Birth Guarantee" refers to the specific refund or re-attempt provisions as defined in the formal Risk Share Agreement.
Notice to California Residents: We recommend all California-based intended parents review their current employer health plans, as new state mandates may provide partial coverage for clinical IVF services. Please note that we do accept insurance; however, coverage varies by individual plan.
Total journey costs are locked in at the time of contract signing to ensure no unexpected financial fluctuations. All embryo-related procedures are conducted in accordance with applicable medical guidelines, including informed consent and disposition planning.
